The Nokia AHEGC 474914A is an AirScale Dual-band Outdoor Remote Radio Head (RRH / RRU) built for macro cellular network deployment. It supports Band1 (2100MHz) and Band3 (1800MHz) FDD dual-band operation with 4T4R MIMO architecture, delivering a total transmit power of 400W. It supports multi-radio standards including GSM, WCDMA, FDD LTE, NB-IoT, and is 5G-ready for NR N1/N1 and N3 via software upgrade. The unit connects to Nokia AirScale BBU via CPRI fiber fronthaul, equipped with dual SFP+ optical ports. It has IP65 outdoor protection rating and active fan cooling, suitable for tower, pole and wall mounting. Widely used for operator’s multi-band macro coverage, capacity upgrade and network modernization in urban, suburban and rural sites.
